Positive: Excellent accommodation. The location, cleanliness, and the friendliness of the reception staff were all outstanding. Our apartment had absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. I definitely recommend it.

Negative: I found only one small negative point: the pillows were very uncomfortable, but that is a very subjective matter.

Positive: The apartments are great. The table is big enough to work two people if needed and everything is comfortable (bed, sofe,chairs). Bathroom is fantastic as well. Having the parking place is also very good.

Negative: The day we came the apartment was very cold (outside was freezing too), but from the second day it was better. I missed having a broom to clean and tray where we could leave the wet boots.

Positive: Wonderful location, nice view to the castle right from the window. Very comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen. It was easy to do the self check-in during the weekend.

Negative: The walls are very thin, and unfortunately my neighbors were loud.

Positive: We stayed here in September and had an overall fantastic experience. The apartment was beautiful, well-equipped, and the location is really central. Vrchlabí is such a lovely place. The apartment is conveniently located near the castle, and it was wonderful to see and smell the trees blooming during our visit. The beds are comfortable, and there are enough kitchen utensils for cooking.

Negative: There were two minor downsides. The acoustic isolation could be improved, as we could hear our neighbors all the time. Also, the garbage disposal system depends on the cleaning lady's visits; she comes by to take it out, which can be inconvenient if you prefer to sleep in or don't want to be disturbed in the morning.
